Job Summary

The Performance Coach is the primary point of contact for ISS hourly associates concerning their AMAZON.com assignment. As such, our Performance Coaches are on the floor with our associates providing feedback and motivation to ensure associates are successful in their jobs. The Performance Coach is a unique position that mentors and motivates hourly warehouse associates to be engaged, driven, collaborative, safety conscientious and customer focused.

Pay
Up to $13.00/hr

Essential Functions
Performance - Perform the functions of the warehouse role in a high volume, fast paced environment. Identify the process and steps needed to be successful in the function. Audit associates work processes to ensure they are following the processes safely, accurately, and efficiently. Provide feedback and training for associates to enable them to reach their full potential.

Motivation - Communicate with associates in a positive and encouraging manner. Provide developmental feedback to associates in a way that encourages them to achieve. Provide positive recognition to associates, as appropriate to the individual and the situation.

Service - Answer questions for associates regarding policies and procedures. Provide them with information regarding department processes and building activities. Be the on-the-floor point of contact for associates to ensure they maximize their floor time.

Basic Requirements
•High School Diploma
•Prior leadership or supervisory experience
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to adjust schedule, work overtime and be present during the changing business needs
•Desire to learn and develop beyond current role
