Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers with a friendly smile and communicate effectively.
  • Honor customers by providing quick, friendly and personal service.
  • Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite products and food items.
  • Generate great customer satisfaction. Respond appropriately to customer questions and concerns.
  • Ensure work station and product displays are stocked, clean, tidy and well presented

Job Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in same or similar position
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus
  • Positive, optimistic, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude
  • Operate calmly and proactively in stressful situations
  • Meet all required attendance guidelines of the position

Working Conditions & Environment:

  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Speak, read, write, and understand English and speak distinctly to others.
  • Required: standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, lifting up to 15 lbs.
