ROLE

The cashier has the greatest perceived responsibility – direct guest contact. They spend more time interacting with guests than any other position. Greeting guests when they arrive, answering the phone, taking accurate orders, and delivering completed orders to the guest – all with a great attitude and a smile!

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that safe handling procedures are followed at all times.

  • Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of all product and procedural changes.

  • Open and/or close the Restaurant.

  • Assist all other positions when necessary

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Lead Guest Contact

  • Greet all guests.

  • Handle all orders and inquires.

  • Properly ring in all sales through the POS/register system.

  • Ask for add-on sales.

  • Collect payment.

  • Resolve low level customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude.

  • Ensure the quality of the food, service and facilities.

  • Keep the counter clean and stocked.

  • Clean the tables, chairs, doors, windows and dining room floor.

  • Maintain front trash can; clean exterior and empty trash cans.

  • Maintain bathrooms; clean and stock.

Requirements

Help wanted for national franchise chain restaurant in North Brunswick, NJ. Managerial experience a big plus, as we eventually are looking to groom into Shift Leaders/Managers. 

We are currently looking for part-time and full-time employees, who would like to become a part of our family and grow with us as we build out multiple new restaurants in the Central NJ market.

We are seeking mature, responsible, professional people, who thrive for customer satisfaction. Full-time and part-time available. Everyone typically gets dual trained in all areas. Restaurant prep/cooking experience a big plus. Bi-lingual in Spanish also a plus.

We are looking for staff who are always smiling, have a good attitude and always follow company training and guidelines as required. Initial training is provided. Great new, fast-paced concept. Friendly, fun, supportive, non-smoking work environment.
