Ticket and Pass Sales Agent - Part Time - Full-time / Part-time

The Ticket/Pass Product Sales Agent will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service while facilitating the sale of Lift Tickets and Season Passes at the main ticket office, located in the heart of Beaver Creek Ski Village.  The Sales Agent will also resolve guests product/ticket issues working directly with management and other team members of PSS and respond to guests inquiries by dispensing quality information about the resort.

Additional responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:

•Reconcile cash and receipts at beginning and end of shift.

•Responsible for keeping a well stocked and organized ticket window station.
•Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the Vail Resorts Standards.
•Maintain a fun, positive and supportive teamwork environment.
•Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
•Maintain a safe and clean environment.
•Daily computer usage.
•Maintain a professional attendance record.
•Other duties assigned.

Requirements:

•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Ability to use Microsoft Office
•Guest Service Experience
•Cash Handling Experience
•Fluent in all aspects of English
•Ability to work weekends and holidays
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
•Point of Sale service experience preferred
•In person or Skype interview
•Resume required
