Job Duties:          

•Tags, stores, inventories, and issues members’ and guests’ ski equipment.

•Records ski tuning instructions and guest ski storage.

•Works daily with front desk staff.

•Shovels snow, removes ice from building exterior walkways and deck.

•Assists food and beverage staff with morning services.

•Dusts, sweeps, mops, and vacuums as directed.

•Assists members by answering questions promptly and courteously.

•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related directives as needed.

•Problem solves member issues within authority level, direct to upper management for decisions.

•Arrives on time, clean shaven and in uniform for your shift.

•Is professional at all times when discussing the club.

•Participates in all mandatory staff meetings and trainings.

•Greets members and guests by name.

•Engages members and guests in conversation.

•Cooperates with other staff by assisting them as needed.

•Complies with facility usage policies

Qualifications:

•Ski and snowboard knowledge is not required but is extremely helpful

•Ability to stand for long periods of time

•Experience with basic service tools and machinery

•English fluency

•Able to lift 50 lbs

•Ski and snowboard rental or service technician experience a plus
