Duties include the collection and processing of customer cash receipts in accounts receivables as well as payments within the accounts payable system. Key Responsibilities
- Check and verify records for accuracy
- Prepare invoices
- Post journal entries
- Code data for financial system
- Help with month-end reconciliation
- Basic financial analysis
- Prepare specific reports for management
- Research exceptions
- 2 year degree
- 4-6 years experience in accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated high attention to detail
