Responsibilities:
Assures balanced staffing for each shift under the direction of manager - nursing services or clinical supervisor. Expert user of the electronic staffing system and electronically maintains staffing/scheduling records.Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills and customer service attributes. Appropriately makes patient bed assignments based on identified criteria and protocols
Qualifications:

* High School Graduate or GED.
* Excellent attendance record. Excellent customer service skills, data entry/computer skills.
* Hospital environment exposure. Experience with staffing and scheduling across multiple shifts preferred, as well as patient placement within a complex health care setting.
