Aerotek Energy Services is hiring IMMEDIATELY for a General Laborer position in Bennett, CO (20 miles East of Aurora) to work with one of the top solar companies in the state, who values a strong passion to be the best and desire to consistently exceed expectations.
The candidate will be working outdoors with various electricians assisting in the followng:
- Pulling wire
- Gathering tools
- Collecting supplies
- Digging trenches
- Installation of equipment and delivering on the needs of supervisors and upper level management
Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to work OT each week if needed when the project is in progress.
- Candidate must have reliable transportation.
- Candidate will be performing the job duties listed above. They will report to the 7AM "All Hands Meeting" to review daily safety expectations, then hit the farm to perform those jobs, track all jobs on the JHA and pre shift forms, and work hard to complete each task on time.
- Candidate performance will be measured based on work ethic, attitude, attendance, and how they show up to work each day.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of General construction or industrial experience is highly preferred, but not required.
