About this job
Our Maintenance workforce supports the tire manufacturing process in
various machine operation of general laborer roles. These positions may
require standing and walking on a concrete floor, working in warm
temperatures with no air conditioning, doing physically demanding work
in a dirty environment, working at heights of 10 feet or greater and
entering confined spaces. Team or individual project work. Satisfactory
completion of a probationary period and following established safety
policies.
High school diploma or GED
Successful completion of a background & drug test
Successful completion of pre-employment assessment
Job Specific Physical work capabilities exercises
Minimum 4 years of experience as a mechanic or technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment
