Warehouse Associate - Receiving

RESPONSIBILITIES:

First Shift

All daily tasks associated with:

• Receiving & storing of inbound shipments
• Retrieval inventory, raw materials, products from vendors and finished goods
• Shipping goods to customers and vendors

REQUIREMENTS:

Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor

Shipping Functions

• Ship 99% of all orders accurately via the correct carrier
• Assist setting the correct measurement systems for costs associated with shipping damages.

Inventory

• Maintain an Inventory accuracy level of 99%
• Maintain an orderly and well-planned inventory-stocking plan
• Notify Supervisor of shortages and/or discrepancies in stock levels, inventory and warehouse

Receiving Functions

• Receive and store product/stock following quality control procedures
• Receive product following RMA company procedures

Material Handling

• Retrieval of stock from bin locations
• Transfer material from the Warehouse to the production floor

Final Assembly

• Assemble all base and controller head assembly jobs efficiently.
• Test newly assembled units following safety and quality standards.

Physical Demands

• Individual must be able to operate the forklift & order picker, pallet jack, foam gun, fluid pump, and dock leveler
