Training Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM first two weeks
Shift: Flexible shifts Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Job Description:
The inbound call area representative will handle all patient requests in an attempt to ensure timely and accurate account payment for outstanding balances while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a high volume inbound call center (Mandatory)
- Verfiable HS Diploma, GED, or degree
