Customer Service Representative

***This position is a contract opportunity that will be starting on October 31st and going through March. Additionally, it is located near the airport. Please make sure this is a reasonable commute before applying.***

Job Description

• Taking inbound calls for a health care pharmacy client.
• Calls will be from customers that want to enroll in the mail order pharmacy program. The agent will take the call and then enroll the customer which will keep the customer from driving to the pharmacy.
• NO up-selling and all calls are inbound. It will be back to back calls.

Job Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience (call center not required).
• Empathy and patience is very important as many of the clients will be from the Medicare population.
• Ability to be on-time and show up to work everyday

Shift

• Part-time and full-time available.
• Shifts are EXTREMELY flexible and start between 5:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
• Candidate's shift preferences are strongly considered and typically accommodated.
