Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort has a Grade Manger Chef de Partie position. Supervise and oversee the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management.The position will produce all hot and cold food items (or pastry) for service in the restaurant and catering functions, ensuring that all are prepared according to Four Seasons Resort Orlando standards and specifications. To be able to run the kitchen with no supervision. Must also be able to follow corporate standards.
