Inside Sales Representative:

Our client is looking for Inside Sales Representatives that bring energy and a real appetite for collaboration to their fun and casual work environment. This is a direct hire opportunity to work for a national travel organization.

Responsibilities Include:

• Speaking with teachers directly and gain their agreement to offer an educational travel opportunity to the students in their school.
• This is done by using inspiring language to describe the benefits of taking students beyond classroom walls with our client.
• When the teacher agrees to lead a trip, you guide him/her through a foolproof method of program introduction called the Recipe for Success.
• Effectively directing teachers through this method is a key to success in the role as the teachers who succeed in following the recipe have a high probability of leading a successful trip.

Requirements Include:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Highly motivated self starterswith a strong work ethic
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Are personable, goal oriented, and enjoy relationship-building
• Have a passion for education and/or travel
• Like to have control of how much income they bring in

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary of ~$30K base, plus bonus and K sign-on
