Customer Service / Data Entry/Admin. Asst.
**Location: NASHVILLE, TN**

Job Description:• Answer incoming lines providing exceptional Customer Service• Pull daily email orders, print, and enter data & respond to sender.• Email inquiries-research, redirect if needed, respond in a timely manner.• Order Entry-AS400 System-will be trained.• File all hard copy orders.• Prepare daily order log.• Proof Orders-review date entered, make corrections, additions and deletions.• Resolve customer service web issues.• Assist Regional Marketing Managers with special orders, projects and supply shipments.• Participate in UPSELL programs.• Responsible to check fax machine/respond with receipt confirmation.• Cross train on all aspects of the mail order process.• Work with other Customer Service Staff to assist as needed.• Relieve receptionist as needed/walk in sales.

Hours:
Normal hours of operation 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, unless otherwise required.
