As an Aircraft Pneudraulics Repairer, you will inspect, service, and repair aircraft pneudraulics systems on Army aircraft to ensure that they remain safe and ready to fly transport, patrol, and flight training missions. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions to hydraulic or pneumatic systems, subsystems or components.

Plus, through your training, you will develop the skills and experience to enjoy a civilian career with aircraft manufacturers, commercial airlines, and Government agencies.

Job training for Soldiers in the Aircraft Pneudraulics Repairer specialty consists of 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training, plus 13 weeks of Advanced Individual Training. During this time, you will learn essential Soldiering skills and refine your aircraft repair abilities in the field and the classroom.

Requires military enlistment. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications. Actual MOS assignment may depend on MOS availability. Benefits subject to change.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
  • Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards

Most non-prior service candidates will earn between $196.26 and $254.91 per drill weekend.Programs and benefits are subject to change.
