Salata Baybrook is an independent franchise and is part of a wonderful community in Friendswood at Baybrook Mall, part of the newly constructed lifestyle expansion area.

We are a fast-casual concept, with a fully customizable salad bar including over 50 different toppings, 10 housemade dressings, soups and lemonades/teas. Part of the equation for success is a friendly and energetic staff! We are always growing and are always looking for bright individuals to grow with us. JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Ideal candidates will live in the surrounding Bay Area, be able to work well in a team, possess great customer service skills, have a great appearance, have reliable transportation, and a BIG smile is a MUST!

Dish, bus, cold-prep, hot-prep, line servers, cashiers, and greeters. 
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Taking care of the guests
• Helping the guests create salad/wrap
• Educating the guests about product
• Prepping/Cooking
• Cleaning
• Working well within a team
• Providing great customer service

Back-of-house (BOH) team preps in the morning, then turn into servers on our line during lunch.

Required skills/qualities:

• Outgoing and friendly
• Sense of urgency
• Take direction
• Work as a team
• Some restaurant experience is preferred

Compensation depends on the position and experience.
We are looking to fill FT/PT positions for AM and PM shifts. 
We promote from within so there is opportunity to move up to trainer, shift lead, or manager.
