Position Overview: Customer Service Representative
Start Date: 10/31/2016
Location: 5215 Wiley Post Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84116-2938 USA
Pay Rate/Shift: $12.00/HR
Shift: The training shifts are as follows:
Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
Monday through Friday 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
They are adding a second training time as well:
Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Monday through Friday 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
The actual shifts will be between 5:45 am to 9:00 pm.
Taking inbound calls for a healthcare pharmacy client. The calls will be from customers that want to enroll in the mail order pharmacy program. The agent will take the call and then enroll the customer. The customer will then start receiving their prescriptions by mail and will no longer have to drive to the pharmacy. There is no upselling and all calls are inbound. It will be back to back calls. Many of the clients will be from the Medicare population so empathy and patience is very important. This is the simplest call that they have at the call center.
