Medical Office Customer Service position. Full time, permanent postion. $13-16/hr based on experience to start.
Must have prior medical office experience. Experience with insurance verificaitons, durable medical equipment, and patient scheduling a plus.
Position is responsible for the following:
-receiving and processing telephone and fax requests from referrals sources and patients
-obtaining pertinent intake information to enter orders accurately into the computer system
-good working knowledge of insurance eligibility, benefits and authorization process
