Availability must be 7am to 4pm Monday- Friday
Closed on Sunday. Occasional Saturday events

This role would include:
Assist the Catering Director with outside sales and deliveries
Coordinating Chick-fil-A to be sold at downtown Raleigh marketing events
Customer service skills & problem solving
Running POS registers systems at marketing events
Coordinating & executing restaurant marketing events to grow sales
Counting drawers & daily reconciling
Weekly meetings with Operator
Prepping incoming catering orders for pick and delivery
Driving company vehicle to deliver catering orders and offsite sales
Run registers and prepare food quickly in a fast paced environment
Keep excel spreadsheet of clients
Follow up with clients
Run outside sales promotions
Run offsite food distributions
Professionally answering phones and e-mails
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Donations and Guest Services management
Professionalism at all times
Quality control and product time/temperature management
Cold calls for catering clients and new sales clients
Ensuring all guest receive excellent second mile service
Honoring and encouraging others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
You must be a team player and willing to work alongside your fellow peers. You will be required to learn front of house and back of house positions as operations within the restaurant are often called for with the nature of the business. This position requires characteristics of a multi-tasker, self-starter, strong, speedy, and professional leader with integrity. Candidates for this position must have strong organizational skills, professionalism, and experience with marketing and event coordination. This position requires hands-on restaurant operations varying from baking cookies, washing dishes, client e-mails, phone calls, and business development meetings. We all work together to meet the needs of our guests with excellence!
All positions at our location have a 90 probationary period. You will begin as a team member and be trained in your role within the first few weeks with help from the operator, leadership team, and current Catering Director. After 90 days, if work is proven satisfactory, then you will assume the role as Marketing & Event Director.
