• Provide guests with an exceptional guest experience.
• Speak authentically about products and services offered at Kriser's.
• Educate guests in the benefits of our holistic approach to feeding and caring for pets.
• Move inventory to their assigned locations and place them onto shelves or racks on sales floor.
• Ensure daily monitoring and execution of sales.
• Help on sales floor, bag items at check out, carry out large bags for customers, retrieve items from back stock for customer, replenish sales floor with items.
• Maintain a clean store front and stock for maximum salability.

• Willingness to be educated about the products and services offered at Kriser's.
• Be a person of integrity and commitment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require evening and weekend shifts.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math functions
• Retail experience preferred. 
• Ability to clean and stock work area.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
