Escrow / Title Assistant
Tempe, AZ
$18.00 / hour




Duties:

This position is responsible for supporting both the Escrow and Title departments on a National Platform. Provide customer service to customers and Lenders. Assist in the establishment of new escrow accounts and assist with various title functions. Develop escrow documents in accordance with internal and external policies and regulations. Perform administrative and clerical duties to assist in the processing of escrow process. Assist in the maintenance of online communication tools. Open escrow and title orders and perform initial setup of files and preparation of documents. Communicate with customers and vendors on a regular basis providing status updates Responsible for pre-close maintenance and follow up on any title issues. Develop and/or obtain required documentation in accordance with policy and procedures and applicable statutory and Federal regulations. Perform various title related duties, including title report review, procurement of title, document abstracting. Use research to create and maintain files, records and reports. Audit calculations and legal documents for accuracy. Participate in the business development activities to help maintain existing clients and to acquire new clients.

Shifts available (8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm) . OT required for 2 Saturdays per month at a minimum.

1-2 years experience industry experience; Escrow and Title.
1-2 years customer services experience
Training will be provided.
Must have ability to report for assigned shift (8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm ). The shift is not negotiable and will not change after being brought onboard.




Education:

High School diploma or equivalent
