Pay: $9.00 per hour
Hours: First Shift - 7am-3:30 and 7am 5:30 Monday Friday and some Saturdays
Purpose: The purpose of the Production Operator is performing packaging and bench assembly in accordance with the specifications established by the Production Supervisor.
The knowledge and ability to perform packaging and light assembly tasks
A combination of education/work experience that provides commensurate job knowledge is acceptable.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
1. Must be able to follow multi-step instructions and work cooperatively.
2. Must meet or exceed on a regular basis the set piece rate per hour as specified for each packaging or bench assembly job.
3. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
4. Package assigned parts in designated containers per customer specifications.
5. Assemble assigned parts per specification.
6. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area.
7. Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and directions.
8. Maintain minimum standards of set performance standards.
9. Other duties assigned that are not inconsistent with skill, abilities and qualifications.
10. Proper attire is to be worn on designated lines.
11. Information about the Company or employees is confidential and as such should not be discussed. Condust both on and off the job must be in a manner to maintain the respect of all employees.
12. Follow Company policies and employee handbook.
13. Other duties as assigned consistent with maximizing production.
14. Must be flexible for adjusted work hours.
