The Pharmacy Technician is
responsible filling and dispensing prescriptions assigned to the pharmacy in various
functions such as counting out pills or boxes, replenishing, dispensing,
correcting dispensing errors, and shipping. Candidates will be crossed trained
in all functions as you may work in different areas of the dispensing pharmacy
at any given time. Candidates must be a current licensed Pharmacy Technician
without restrictions in the state of Nevada in order to be considered.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Saturday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (5am to 9:00pm Monday-Friday and 8:30am to 5:00pm Saturday). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 8350 Briova Drive, Las Vegas, NV.Primary Responsibilities:Processing prescriptions to include counting, filling, and
shippingResolving prescription dispensing issuesVerifying appropriate prescription and member informationConstantly meet established productivity, schedule
adherence, and quality standards while maintaining a good attendance record







Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the State of Nevada is
RequiredDemonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC
applications, which includes strong keyboard and navigation skills and learning
new computer programsAn education level of at least a high school diploma or GED
OR 10 years of equivalent working experienceAuthorization to work in the United StatesAbility to remain focused and productive each day though
tasks may be repetitive











Preferred Qualifications:

Pharmacy/ prescription data entry experience preferred



Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Standing and moving about in pharmacy setting.Opening bottles and boxes.
