***Required schedule is rotating on Monday through Thursday and requires flexibility to work between 6:00 AMÂ and Midnight, in addition to Sundays from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM***
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversees the activities of pharmacy technicians, pharmacy clerks and customer service advocates
Organizes workload, sets priorities, completes assignments in a timely manner and utilizes resources appropriately while complying with department program standards
Performs all duties and functions in compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
Conforms with and supports department quality assurance and improvement guidelines

Required Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing in state of Indiana
BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a pharmacy setting
Ability to work the designated shift with flexibility for occasional overtime if necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
PBM or Managed Care experience
High - volume retail pharmacy experience
