Position Description:Â
The Certified Nursing Assistant, shampoo, meal preparation, feeding, turning, positioning, linen change, light house keeping, ambulation, transferring and ROM exercises according to HHA plan of care.
Positions in this function are responsible for overseeing and participating in day to day clinical care of patients. Employees are involved in direct patient care in-home care setting

Primary Responsibilities:
Perform certain household services to ensure that the patient's nutritional needs are met and to maintain a safe and clean environment for the patient.
Assist with prescribed exercises
Recording vital signs as directed
Report changes in the patient's conditions and needs
Maintain a par level of six to seven visits per day
Maintains a professional appearance. Is reliable, punctual, cooperative and conducts self according to accepted standards of professional practice in the course of assigned duties.
Working in patients home to provide personal care.Â
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Current CNA License for the State of Colorado.
100% Local Travel is required.
1+ year of Hospice or Home Health Experience.
Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel to client and/or patient sites within a designated area.
Must live within a 50-mile radius of the Denver, CO Office.
Must be able to navigate a PCÂ
Preferred Qualifications:
Hospice Certification.Â
