Auto Machine Operator Night (170667) - Full-time

Employee Type: Hourly

Pay Rate: $12.40/hour (+ 0.15/hr shift differential)

Days of work: Sunday through Thursday

Friday s, Saturday s and Holidays as scheduled by management

Hours of work: 10:30pm to 8:00am (overtime determined by production needs)

Primary Responsibilities: To maintain the automated machine s efficiency, take random samples of poultry caucus to make determinations of yield efficiency levels. To maintain the yield efficiency goal level set forth management, to insure the machine loaders are properly loading correctly to reduce down grade product and increase overall yield. Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures and Process Safety management related matters.

Operator will be expected to make decisions for areas of improvement that will be conducive to that of the Debone area also instruct other associates of corrective methods of action where necessary.

Eligibility Requirements:

No active disciplines

No more than 2 occurrences on attendance record

Must have been employed with Perdue Farms LLC and been in current position for at least 6 months.

Experience Requirements:

6 months of production experience

Education Requirements:

Reading, writing, math, and analytical skills required. A High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
