Wireless Lifestyle, the nation's largest preferred retailer for Sprint, is looking for a greeter for one of our top locations. We are seeking a Retail Greeter that will be able to begin the customer experience with everyone that walks in the door.
DUTIES:
Provide outstanding customer service; offering a personal welcome to incoming customers
Manage the traffic in the stores; directing the next in line customer to available reps
Direct customers to the area or person that meets their specific needs
Engage in conversation and answer basic questions for customers/guests
Keep the sales floor tidy; manage items that are out of place
Assist in other tasks and duties assigned by management
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent;
· Outstanding customer service and communication skills
· Professionalism, energetic, and positive attitude
· Availability of flexible scheduling to include days, evenings, and weekends
· Reliable transportation
· Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 20 pounds
