Restaurant Manager:

We look to our Restaurant Managers to inspire, train and develop their team on a daily basis. The Restaurant Manager will provide support for the General Manager in leading successful day to day operations. 

As the Restaurant Manager, you will:
•Provide daily leadership and development to all Front of the House Team Members
•Know and comply with all Luna Grill standards 
•Assist with building restaurant sales, and maintaining budget through the P&L
•Prepare weekly schedule for the Front of the House with the assistance of the General Manager
•Process all reports in a timely manner

Our Restaurant Managers need to:
•Possess the highest form of integrity, trustworthy, and reliable
•Ability to work with little to no supervision 
•Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members 
•Show and provide effective leadership and problem solving skills
•Provide a strong, detailed orientation to all front of the house team members
