Credit Support Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking a college graduate to join a growing mortgage company as a Credit Support Specialist. In this role, a successful candidate will develop and utilize their analytical skills to assess other mortgage companies and banks (our clients), and identify risk exposure in doing business with them as a correspondent lender.

* Understand, spread, and analyze financial statements from mortgage companies and banks.
* Perform regular due diligence and background investigations on existing clients.
* Produce regular client review write-ups, which analyze a client's financial performance, loan performance, and business structure.
* Communicate with clients to obtain regular financial statements, annual recertification packages, and other documentation.
* Verify and setup client wire instructions for loan purchases.
* Maintain client database and tracking system

Qualifications:

-Must have 4 year bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Economics

-Previous banking, financial or economic experience is a plus

-Understanding of financial reports
