Immediate Opening- Production Manager

Aerotek has an immediate opening for a Production Manager to be responsible for the management of all manufacturing activities for a biopharmaceutical company.

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Compiling all shift information and line status data in an accurate and timly fashion
• Mnaging and coordinating all activities during shift
• Enforcing and ensuring compliance with cGMPs, site-specific policies and procedures
• Poduction schedule adherence and material consumption rates
• Pofessional development and mentoring of direct reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in scientific field, business or related area
• 5+ years experience directly related to this industry
• Ability to have a flexible schedule and be on call
• Ability to manage individuals in a team setting
