MileStone Staffing Services is seeking candidates for Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a successful and growing local nurse staffing office in Nashville.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of prior experience in the staffing industry in a manager role, with a focus on outside sales and recruiting. Responsibilities include sales/marketing, recruiting, client relations, fiscal administration, staff supervision and training, and general oversight of daily office operations.

Experience:
At least one year of training or experience in direct sales, preferably sales of services,
in health services administration, home healthcare administration, or health-related
programs. Two years of administrative experience is desirable. Administrative
experience must emphasize problem-solving.

Job Specific Details:

The Branch Manager directs all operating activities of his / her Branch and holds the final decisionmaking
authority at the Branch level. All other staff members, both office and field employees,
report to the Branch Manager or to staff members to whom the Branch Manager delegates authority.
The Branch Manager requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

In this capacity, the Branch Manager must effectively guide the activities of the individuals
responsible for the service, selling, and quality assurance functions. The Branch Manager is
primarily responsible for the maintenance and growth of our market share and for achieving sales,
profit, and other objectives established for the Branch while complying with local, state, and federal
guidelines.
