Our San Francisco, CA. office, is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Client Care/Scheduling Supervisor, (After Hours & Weekends)
Client Care/Scheduling Supervisor (After Hours & Weekends) is expected to perform a variety of duties that relate to Client Care and Staffing of CAREGivers. The candidate will continuously evaluate the plan of care through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality of clients and supervise nightly/weekends scheduling of CAREGivers.
Primary Responsibilities: Client Care
Degree – Required
5 years’ experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry required
MUST HAVE A VEHICLE
Client Care/Scheduling Supervisor (After Hours & Weekends) is expected to perform a variety of duties that relate to Client Care and Staffing of CAREGivers. The candidate will continuously evaluate the plan of care through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality of clients and supervise nightly/weekends scheduling of CAREGivers.
Primary Responsibilities: Client Care
- Conduct Service Inquires and Care Consultations following the consultative sales process
- Plan and execute a schedule to ensure client Quality Assurance visits per month/quarter
- Maintain extraordinary relationships with client and CAREGiver with an emphasis on creating high quality matches
- Conduct new client inquires in a knowledgeable manner and maintain calendar for consistent follow-up with potential clients and families
- Ensure new/existing clients information is accurate in ClearCare computer system
- Follow HIPPA regulations regarding client confidentiality
- Utilize ClearCare computer system to prepare client/CAREGiver schedule according to client/family request
- Adjusts schedule according to CAREGiver availability and client's changing needs
- Work with clients and families on various issues to ensure proper resolution
- Enter and maintain accurate documentation of client and CAREGiver records using ClearCare computer system
- Communicate and seek assistance for all client/employee problems and concerns to your manager as the situation dictates
