Aerotek is looking for a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with OBGYN experience for a busy clinic in Sugar Land TX. Medical Assistant will perform back office duties which will deliver quality patient care Clinic.
Direct Patient Care
* Rooms patients
* Performs and accurately records blood pressure, pulse, respiration's, temperature, height, and weight.
Indirect Patient Care
* Performs initial patient intake and documents information in the patient medical record.
* Performs and documents general therapeutic/diagnostic measures in the patient medical records
* Coordinates with appropriate laboratory for pick-up on lab specimens for testing.
* Uses hand washing, aseptic and sterile technique appropriately.
* Cares for, cleans, and sterilizes instruments appropriately.
Qualified Candidates:
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant ( Required)
- 2 years experience with OBGYN
