Are you a leader and subject matter expert in program / project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation / facilitation within a Project Management Office? 
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Willingness to lead and mentor a team of program / project managers on strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups to coordinate and complete projects, define performance and results, build customer relationships and optimize resource management
Leader / Project Manager will determine time frames, funding needs, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, allotment of resources to various phases of projects and lead others in the organization to make meaningful process improvements
You'll investigate non-standard requests and problems, makes presentations to senior leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate, projects are completed on time and within scope and adhere to established best practices
Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks, prioritize your teams’ work load, ad hoc projects as assigned and develop efficient approaches to PMO management
Responsible for process design, best practice methodology across to program / project managers, interacting with executive leadership on a regular basis, and indirectly / directly supporting a portfolio of 150+ projects

Required Qualifications:

BA / BS degree
8+ years of program / project management experience
8+ years’ experience in managing large-scale programs in a matrixed environment
8+ years’ experience of direct management of a program team / leadership; in particularly mentoring or coaching program managers
Experience communicating with Executive-level stakeholders
Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification for Project Management preferred as well as previous leading / working within a Project Management Office (PMO)
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
