Primary Responsibilities:

Lead projects supporting Clinical Operations Technology Enablement projects for our Clinical Operations
Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas
Execute upon the standardized clinical operations framework, driving operational consistency, as part of technology initiatives supporting end state strategic applications
Serve as single point of contact & program liaison between multiple business & capability teams
Drive clarity in communication delivery of business objectives and technology needs across all levels of the organization. (Front Line Staff through Executive leadership)
Build credibility with business partners by providing common repeatable processes and program transparency
Execute on all end to end operational readiness elements throughout program lifecycle, including:

Program Onboarding
SME Identification, Management & Immersion
Business Process Standardization (Workflows)
Capabilities Requirements, Design, Deployment & UAT
Inventory Program/Process Variance
CBA Management & Staffing Assessments
Training Strategy
Deployment Strategy
Determine time frames, funding needs, procedures for accomplishing projects
Evaluate and determine staffing requirements and allotment of resources to various phases of projects
Lead others in the organization to make meaningful process & technology improvements
Develop business plans and cost benefit analysis for assessment by Regional / Senior Leadership
Make presentations to senior leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Review pertinent data and facts to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks
Drive solutions for complex problems

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree

7+ years of project management experience to include tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions

4+ years of experience developing business plans and cost benefit analysis for assessment by Regional / Senior Leadership

4+ years of experience making presentations to senior leadership 

Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership

Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
Preferred Qualifications:


2+ years of experience working on clinical projects

3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

Program Onboarding
SME Identification, Management & Immersion
Business Process Standardization (Workflows)
Capabilities Requirements, Design, Deployment & UAT
Inventory Program/Process Variance
CBA Management & Staffing Assessments
Training Strategy
Deployment Strategy
MS Sharepoint
PMP Certification
