As the Sales Supervisor you will leading call center representatives to their highest potential. This position requires a
high energy person whom enjoys a competitive work environment and assisting others in succeeding. The Sales Coach must be
able to coach, motivate, and encourage representatives to succeed and solve customer issues and thus improve the quality of
sales support Optum provides to our Clients. Ability to work as business needs dictate.
 
 
Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensure all Client quality and sales quota demands are met and/or exceeded.
• Ensure that representatives are resolving all customer needs.
• Analyze data to identify performance trends as well as root causes.
• Manage payroll processes for employees.
• Execute one-on-one coaching with representatives.

Requirements


Required Qualifications: 
• An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be licensed in resident State in Accident, Health and Life; must be able to be licensed in all 50 states.
• 2+ years of call center experience as a sales supervisor.
• 2+ years of experience as a professional leader/supervisory role within an organization.
• Must have current or recent M&R Sales experience
 
Preferred Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree or higher
• Experience leading personnel towards the attainment of exceptional performance results
• Knowledge of Call Center systems such as CMS, IEX, CTI preferred
• 2+ year of experience in a client facing role preferred
• Understanding of call center performance metrics and measurements
• Possess good time management and organizational skills
