The Manager of Provider Installation is responsible for the installation and administration of assigned contracts, including, but not limited to: structure and billing set up, eligibility collection, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and provider education materials. Managers of Provider Installation are also responsible for overall provider contract and amendment loading and processing using various databases. Responsibilities may also include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.
 
Primary Responsibilities:


Set team direction, resolve problems and provide guidance to members of own team

May oversee work activities of other supervisors

Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges

Influence or provide input to forecasting and planning activities

Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external)

Responsible for handling of executive level escalations within Provider Data Contracting

Must be a self manager, capable of presenting to senior level executives

Strong abilities to create presentations, reporting and well spoken
 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years data analysis and/or audit experience

3+ years experience in managing cross functional projects and making presentations

3+ years customer response / customer service experience

1+ years supervisory experience

Advanced level of proficiency in tracking, trending and reporting on metrics

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Experience in Operations Management
