About this job

We are looking for a motivated, energetic individual with strong written and verbal communication skills.  This is a great way to learn the insurance business.  The Acquisition Specialist will help us grow our business by managing the lead process.  Using a mix of warm leads and cold calling lists (all provided for you), you will prospect for and acquire new customers on a daily basis by initiating phone calls and following up consistently. You must be able to memorize company provided scripts and become an expert on our products and our processes.  You will need to think on your feet, overcome objections and close sales with a wide range of customer types.

 

Requirements:

Experience with basic computer applications

Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal

Ability to work independently

Able to organize, prioritize and execute

Ethical and professional

Willing to consistently implement our processes, follow our directions and instructions

Must be a good listener and well-spoken, an excellent communicator

Execute a high volume of outbound communication with prospective clients

Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver license

Must be willing and able to get Property and Casualty insurance license

 

Base income is hourly plus commission

Flexible hours available
