The Senior Analyst will provide reporting as requested from the business to help ensure metrics are being driven appropriately.
  • Possesses proven ability to effectively communicate with and interact with all layers and organizations both internal and external to T-Mobile
  • Possesses demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across workgroups
  • Possesses demonstrated ability in problem-solving and analysis: identifies issues, analyzes information to assess root cause, improvement opportunities, and associated risk
  • Possesses proven ability to interact with, protect, and guard confidential company information in the course of successfully performing his/her duties
  • Work with stake holders to identify and gather business requirements for new applications and reports.
  • Develop and maintain Business Intelligence applications utilizing SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle, TOAD, SSRS, and SSIS
  • Develop and maintain extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) routines for importing data from heterogeneous data sources into the database.
  • Design and develop SSIS packages, automated SQL Agent jobs, and conduct query performance tuning.
  • Design and develop client interfaces; create intranet access to reports using SharePoint.
  • Create reporting solutions to include requirements, concept, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ad-hoc data requests.
  • Ability to perform SQL server database administration: user rights/accounts, performance tuning, database migration and testing.
  • Optimize and improve the performance of existing databases and Business Intelligence applications.
  • Ensure that the development of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions follow the establish business process.
  • Facilitate/lead reviews (walkthroughs) of technical specifications and program code with other members of the technical team; communicating design, requirements, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to team members.
