About this job
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Successfully pass a written Competency Evaluation.
- Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the elderly, and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
- Planning and preparation of nutritious meals
- Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting readily to changing priorities and schedules
- Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision
- Must submit fingerprints and be able to pass a Department of Justice criminal background check and drug test
- Must be able to provide at least three solid verifiable references
- Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable caregiving experience or be certified as a CNA or HHA
- Must have valid driver's license, your own reliable car with proper auto insurance and have a good driving record with no recent at-fault accidents or moving violations
