About this job
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, renovates, installs, operates and maintains all facilities, fixtures, equipment and grounds.
• Scope of work to include basic wiring/cabling, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, painting, assembly, and general repairs.
• Coordinates activities of outside contractors as needed.
• Obtains quotations and procures necessary materials to perform work.
• Manages preventive maintenance program and performs scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Operates tools and equipment required to perform work assignments.
• Performs all duties in a safe and professional manner and in accordance with company policies and local laws.
• Participates on the divisional safety committee.
• Lends assistance with janitorial services in the absence of Janitor.
• Trains employees in-house on fork truck operation.
• Works cooperatively with others and accepts direction from Director of AS Procurement & Logistics.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
• Ability to drive delivery truck.
