ESSENTIAL  JOB FUNCTION

FUNCTIONAL  JOB TASK ELEMENTS

TOOLS  AND EQUIPMENT

Place the dough balls on the trays.

•The worker may choose to sit on a stool or stand for this task .

•The dough balls come to the worker on a conveyor .

•The worker will place dough balls from the conveyor onto a tray.

•The worker will use both hands to handle the dough balls at waist level on a constant basis.

•The worker will place the full tray onto the conveyor (at waist level).

•The worker will repeat this process at the pace of the conveyor. Conveyor, dough balls (negligible  weights),  tray (up to 10  lb full), stool.

Place the trays into the carts.

•The worker will take the full tray from the conveyor  (waist level) and place  it into the cart.

•The worker  will repeat  this task, at the pace of the conveyor, until the cart is full.

•The worker will push the full cart to the freezer area .

•The worker will repeat this process .

Trays   (up  to  10  lb full),  cart (shelves  floor to overhead levels;  10 lb push force average), conveyor.
