Driver - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Driver.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

JOB SUMMARY

A Driver primarily  delivers pizzas, subs, and other  Company products, using a personal vehicle, to customer  locations using the  most efficient  route.    A delivery  driver  must  be able and willing to perform all crew member functions as necessary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.   Drives personal vehicle over established routes or within an established territory and delivers food products.

2.  Determines the best route for delivering food products to each customer location.

3.  Collects payment from customers and calculates monetary exchange.

4.  Uses established traffic or transportation  policies and procedures.

5.  Secures all items for each order before leaving the store (chips, soda, side items, etc.).

6.  Follows all traffic laws.

7.  Has knowledge of the delivery area and uses maps or other resources for best routing results.

8.  Answers customer questions and concerns regarding Company products and services.

9.  Stacks or piles containers, materials, or products.

10. Placesfood and beverages in take-out containers for customers.

11. Provides and portrays proper and professional customer service on every delivery.

12. Listens to oral instructions to determine work assignment.

13. Arrives promptly to work each scheduled day in proper uniform.

14. Ensures all safety policies and procedures are being followed.

15. Must be able to deliver customer orders in inclement weather.

ADDITIONAL  RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   Performs  all  crew  member  essential  functions   when  needed  (see  Crew   Member  Job Description).

2.  Learns and perform other positions as needed.

3.  Uses professional and proper oral and written  communication techniques.

4.  Uses knowledge of food handling rules.

5.  Understands Company and government food service regulations.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1.   Must be 18 years of age or older.

2.  Must have a valid driver's licenseand be clearedto  the current insuranceand MVR guidelines.

3.  Must have a personal vehicle that  is properly insured and meets safety requirementsas per Companystandards, and as required by the State of Ohio.

4.   Must be able to provide proof of insurancewhen requested.

5.  Must be able to pass State of Ohio physical requirementsfor auto licensing.

6.  Must  have  knowledge of  principles  and  processesfor  providing  customer  services.   This

includes customer needs assessment,meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

7.  Must have knowledgeof basic math and computer skills.

8.  Must have knowledgeof the Englishlanguage,includingthe meaningof  words and grammar.

MINIMUM CAPABILITIES

1.   Ability to work at a fast pace.

2.  Ability to partake in various forms of training.

3.  Ability to pass required tests.

4.  Ability to read and understand rules and instructions.

5.  Ability to reach, see, talk, hear, stand, and walk quickly for a minimum of 8 hours a day.

6.  Ability to lift  and carry 50 poundsat  various times.

7.  Ability to read maps or find a specifiedroute using other mapping resources.
