This awesome addition to our team will be responsible for the construction, purchasing and design of new restaurants, remodels, unit costs, signage, contractors and architects. This individual also manages specific portions of the company plan for development of high potential sites to ensure strong unit growth that supports the company goals and objectives.

Responsible for the construction and design of assigned new units and the comprehensive update and re-imaging of existing units.
Manages financial objectives of restaurant construction costs and opening plans.
Tracks, updates and oversees creation and fulfillment of construction plans and materials.
Directs and manages project activities to ensure tactical objectives, budgets and deadlines are met.
Communicates and presents project plans and materials for distribution to the Director of Construction and in planning and coordinating meetings with company and non-company personnel.
Represents Company as directed at building managements or construction-related hearings and investigations.
Stays abreast with external business, technology, and regulatory changes/developments, and internal practices as they apply to the specific functional area. Recommends changes/shifts in tactical direction as appropriate.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Architecture or equivalent combination or education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of recent experience as a Construction Manager in the restaurant industry.
Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of construction and development concepts and strategies. Must have a proven broad business perspective and clearly understand the dynamics and economics of construction.
Language Skills: Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Proven record of interpersonal, negotiation, planning, communication and organizational skills.
Other Skills: Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Other Abilities: Ability to use good independent judgment and understanding of complex business situations. Ability to plan, direct, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to perform multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced team orientated office environment. Position requires ability to travel 50% of the time (or greater) by ground and air.
