In this area, you’ll work with a team to deliver incredible service and prepare fresh, great tasting meal solutions for our customers. How do I make a difference?




Providing Incredible, Knowledge Based Customer Service

• Proactively approach customers, prepare orders as requested and answer any questions they have about products or program offered
• Balance a variety of tasks at one time including being attentive to customers while preparing enough pizza to maintain product levels and keeping an eye on any items that are in the pizza oven

Ensuring High Quality Products & Ingredients

• Complete all tasks in the department including making and rolling out dough; preparing pizza toppings, fillings, pizzas, calzones, and items for the wing bar; taking and preparing customer orders; and preparing packaging and rotating products in the cold case
• Set up the counter, ensuring pizzas and other products are well merchandised to drive sales
• Properly handle products, use equipment, keep accurate logs and follow sanitation practices in accordance with food and human safety guidelines, and Simplification 5S procedures

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Customer Service experience, preferably in a pizza shop or other food service industry
• Food preparation experience
• Ability to work in a fast past environment and produce quality products with speed and accuracy

Work Environment

• Work involves continuous interaction with customers and co-works in a fast-paced environment
• Typical motions include repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, and lifting
• Responsible for moving and lifting an average of 5-20 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 50 pounds rarely
• Work involves exposure to various work environments, including temperature changes
• May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction)
• Will spend the majority of time on his or her feet and stand or walk without a break for up to 4 hours

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.

Days/Hours Requirement: Part-time employees may work up to 30 hours/week, with shifts ranging between 4 and 8 hours at a time based on department needs. Weekly hours and specific shifts are not guaranteed and we do not offer set schedules. The most successful applicants offer an availability spanning several hours at a time, on multiple days/week. Candidate must be available starting at 6:30am and until at least 3pm. Candidate must be available weekends. Year-round employment only.
