Chick-fil-A is hiring an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR!

You will be helping to operate a $9 million business that opens 6 days a week and helping to oversee 100+ employees. This is not your typical office/cubicle job. You will be in constant exposure and in collaboration with the HR Director.

Office Administrator Job Summary:

The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, administrative support, and payments of suppliers' accounts.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications/Requirements

  • Habitual Attention to detail and not motivated by routine.
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Execute orders within deadline and take initiative based on the business needs
  • Executive mindset with leadership qualities
  • Background in HR, Business, Accounting, Public Policy, Workers’ Rights, or Labor Law
  • Ideal candidate: pursuing degree or recent college graduate student.
  • Must be able to work every last day of the Month for Accounting purposes, No Exceptions . This expectation will be met by the Office Administrator and in writing prior to being hired.
  • Must have excellent analytical and communication skills, written and oral

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and leading all Back Office reporting systems
  • Keeping office clean and organized and functional for all executive directors
  • Maintain all supplier accounts and all payments are up to date and paid in full
  • Assisting with planning arrangements (hotel reservations, team member outings, meetings, appointments)
  • Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined

Additional Information

  • More Professional opportunities will be discussed upon regular evaluations.
  • This is a part-time position (less than 20 hours/week) to work between the hours of 11am-8pm. The schedule will be determined based on the business needs
  • Starting at $13.00/hour, Negotiable upon performance evaluation.
