An Outstanding Restaurant General Manager will develop, support and lead the restaurant team. You will be accountable for sales growth by maintaining the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness with constant focus on profitability.
What do we want you to do? It’s simple:

Interview, hire, and schedule adequate staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Train the management team and crew using current company training system.

Evaluate performance at company designated intervals. Design a development plan with each employee to improve performance.

Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crews

Ensure that cash procedures are adhered to and be responsible for all cash on premises

Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times
