SALARY: $13-$14 hour
JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client, financial services organization, is seeking vendor callers (VCN) to assist them with making calls to vendors and clients who currently have unprocessed payments. The callers are responsible for contacting vendors who have not processed the payments from their customers. VCNs call on the customer’s behalf and speak to the Accounts Receivable Department to let them know they have an unprocessed payment and assist with payment completion. This position requires ability to work with database information, lists and scripts. It also requires advanced oral and written communication skills; as well as ability to work within several software programs. When the VCN calls are up to date, VCN Callers assist with form verification. Successful candidates will have good attention to detail, sense of urgency and advanced service skills; payments or banking experience is helpful.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, data entry and database Attention to detail Sense of urgency Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to effectively work independently Ability to sit/stand for eight hours
