Reports into: Account Executive
Position Summary:
To drive retail sales at Macy's and build a strong, motivated team through effective retailer trainings, artistry and sales support, event planning, execution and participation. Function as a key liaison between the brand and the retailer. Set the example in all aspects of image and professional Smashbox standards. Demonstrate at the highest level of makeup artistry skills while staying current on trend and technique.

Roles & Responsibilities
SALES
Achieve annual fiscal sales objectives.
Responsible for driving sales through effective in-store training and sales support.
Consistently meet personal sales productivity objective.
Incremental events.
Represent highest caliber of Smashbox Artistry and training technique.
Train team on Smashbox DNA, products, artistry and selling techniques.
SCHEDULING/PLANNING
Strategize and secure effective monthly schedule to impact sales growth.
Execute in partnership with Account Executive a strategic event plan to accelerate brand awareness and goal achievement.
RELATIONSHIPS
Responsible for developing and motivating team.
Maintain retailer relationships to amplify brand awareness, recognition and goal achievement.
Consistently partner and communicate with Account Executive, Regional Training Executive and National Artistry Trainer to develop overall business.
Set the example in all aspects of business, artistry, sales, image and professional Smashbox standards.
Requirements
College degree preferred or 2+ yrs of related work experience
Experience coaching and developing a team
Beauty experience a plus
Able to lift up to 20lbs
